After visiting Sharm El Sheikh and been overwhelmed by the whole experience we decided to buy a property. Once back at home, we researched the market and the companies we could deal with, my partner had a good feeling for a company named SSQ (based in the heart of Naama Bay only minutes away from where our property is). We arranged with the company SSQ to visit Sharm and see the area for the Sunny Lakes development. Once we arrived in Sharm we were taken to the development area by the SSQ agent, the area was only a piece of desert at the time, although we were looking at a empty piece of land the agent showed us all the plans, sizes of the properties available and the pricing. He was happy to answer all our questions and made us feel at ease. We followed our hearts and decided to go with it.
On our next holiday, we went to see how the development was coming on, as it was due to be delivered within a couple of weeks. When we went to the development, we were pleased with our property and the standard of the work completed. On the other hand, when we looked at the landscaping area to be complete we were unsure this would be done within the time scale available. We spoke with Mr. Tarek Aboul Enien, Sunny Lakes Director, he told us although they were a little behind on time due to the festive season, their full attention was been placed on the development to ensure the landscaping would be completed as soon as possible. We were both more than happy with the work that had been completed so far and were impressed by the communication between the development, SSQ and ourselves, which kept us up to date with the progress taking place which eased any anxiety we had.
We have just come back from Sharm this month after seeing our property and the landscaping complete.
