This is the first and maybe the most important tip that we can give you, when a person is looking for a new home; there first reaction is very important here are a few tips to help you grab those buyers attention.

- The street that you live on may have properties that all look alike, make yours stand out from the rest.

- Make sure the garden and the surrounding area are clean and tidy.

- If you think the outside of the building is looking a bit worse for ware then you can be sure that any perspective buyer is thinking the same thing, it is always a good idea to give the building a fresh coat of paint before you start showing your home.

- Mow abd water any lawns.

- Trim trees and plant new flowers.

- If you have any paved areas make sure none of the slabs are loose or broken this again can look unsightly and perspective buyers may think that it will be an added expense to replace.
